Why Choose Mentoring?

Social work can be deeply meaningful and incredibly overwhelming. Many social workers enter the field passionate about helping others, only to find themselves navigating burnout, self-doubt, ethical complexity, and systems that don’t always support their well-being. My mentorship space is designed for social workers at all stages who want guidance, encouragement, and honest conversation without judgment. This is not supervision—it’s a supportive, collaborative relationship focused on you as a professional and a person. As a BSW- and MSW-trained clinician, a doctoral student in Behavioral Health, and someone who understands the emotional toll of this work, I offer mentorship grounded in lived experience, trauma-informed values, and practical insight.
